1) To begin
Your gin expedition kicks off in the upstairs Hat Tavern with a
refreshing welcome gin cocktail. Then, it’s time to descend and
enter the secretive Gin Club, accessible through a hidden entrance.
Here, you’ll immerse yourself in the rich history of gin and
explore classic flavour profiles, all presented by Mr Fogg’s
eccentric gin experts.
2) Descend to the Gin Club
Next, indulge in an adventurous gin tasting of exceptional spirits,
followed by a refreshing G&T made with your favourite gin from
the selection. As you enjoy delectable savoury nibbles from The Gin
Club’s kitchen, aspiring mixologists will take turns learning to
craft their very own gin cocktails in a Victorian-style
cocktail-making class.
After expert tuition on four famous gin libations, guests will have
the chance to create their chosen gin cocktail at the bar. Finally,
you’ll sip and savour the fruits of your labour back upstairs in
the lively Hat Tavern, where a joyful, bustling atmosphere
awaits.
